Initiate Your Request
Contact our studio team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and a pre-paid shipping label.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage the item in its original gallery-grade packaging to ensure the artwork remains protected from moisture and impact during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Refund Processing
Once our studio inspects the returned piece, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, typically appearing in your account within 5-10 business days.
